Maybe Freeney for 1 year?

I don't see Albert coming in unless the settle for next years 3rd rounder. Winston is a distinct Possibility. Lets get some more receiver competition and we have been lucky signing walk ons in the past......(Welker, Bess). Maybe find a special team diamond in the rough?

Why in the hell would we sign Freeney after taking Dion in the 1st?

Depth & competition, and because Jordan hasn't proven anything, and could be a bust? We took Vernon and Odrick in recent years.

I expect us to go OL route, maybe look for a vet Safety

But its unlikely.

Jordan will probably be a pass rush specialist his first year. We used Wake the same way when we first got him and he had played a few years in Canada.

Having an experienced guy to teach him and play in front of him in non passing situations for 1 season isn't the worst idea in the world.

A DE rotation of Wake, Jordan, D. Freeny, Vernon and J. Freeny would be pretty darn good.

But first things first. Lets get a RT.

Besides, Marshall can play FS.

I'd rather see if any of the young guys have game than bring in a retread who is marginally better.

I don't see it with Freeney, doubt he comes here (got inside info he's going to Denver), and doubt we'd even be interested now.
