I mean Dion.

Now we need to trade up in the second and get a Tackle unless we work out a trade for brandon albert.

Expect some fireworks tonight as well..

The only way ireland keeps his job next year is if he hits a home run.

He is at the plate.......Has 2 strikes and 0 balls. Nolan Ryan is the pitcher.

He is on thin ice.

GO PHINS.

PS EDIT....the zero balls thing might not be a good way to describe him this year.....

Just FYI Sammy, Ireland is in no way at risk of losing his job anytime soon.
He's sitting on a 1-3 count, and looking to crush one.
As long as Ross(who stresses continuity and big picture) owns the team, Ireland has done a good enough job to be safe for a while.

How would you like it if we approached the off season like the Chargers, Jaguars or Raiders. They have done nothing but let players walk. They have similar bad records but also still have huge holes to fill.

Ireland has been aggressive but has been making calculated moves.

Unless this season is a complete kluster *^*$, he is safe.

Questions to be answered this year....

1. Will Tannehill progress and have an efficient season while utilizing his new weapons?

2. Will our new LB crew perform at least as good as Dansby and Burnett?

3. Can we improve our running game with new line personnel and can Miller effectively replace Bush?

4. Can our secondary improve from last years 27th ranking? We allowed 248 passing yards per game. We need to get that down to 220 ypg. (We only gave up 18 passing TD's. That was good enough for 4th place)

5. Can the o-line protect Tannehill?

6. Can we get 1000 yards and 8 td's out of Mike Wallace along with some big plays?

7. Can we force more turnovers on defense?

I'd say all signs are looking pretty positive.

0 balls? I beg to differ. Trading up to #3 shows serious balls.
