Date: April 06, 2013 05:14PM Didn't know that. Looked it up and it appears as though he was trying to scare the guy because how could you miss from that distance. But they reduced the charges and ultimately he walked away because the victim did not testify (either paid off or scared off I'd speculate).
Yeah, he's just a thug. To my way of thinking, that little incident would have gotten him an attempted murder charging by me and I would refuse to plead it down. Re: Rolando McClain cut by raiders
