Stadium Deal update

I have to give Mike Dee and Ross credit with their latest pitch... They say the referendum for the stadium upgrade will be contingent on Miami receiving the Super Bowl 50 location vote in a few months.. He says this is all about the next Super Bowl vote, and if Miami doesnt receive it, even if the state referendum passes, they will allow the community to back out, if Miami doesn't receive Super Bowl 50...
Strong move, he made it about specific funds coming in from the Superbowl, if the community doesn't receive those funds they dont have to fund the stadium... Gentlemen that is how you play the game and play it well... Everybody likes accountability...

I'm telling you, Mike Dee is a good one.

He was in the Red Sox organization and I was impressed with him in general when he was up here.

He's good with community involvement for sure.... He's helped the Jim Mandich memorial charity bicycle ride (not its official name) become a huge event in S. Fl. This is from his experience with the Pan Mass challenge, a similar, very successful charity ride in MA.
