Fasano is out. Good, forces us to get a 21st century TE in there.
We lost out on Cook. I am not too upset at that, if he ended up signing for around the 7=-mm that was being thrown around.
Who is left? I never liked Dustin Keller but he may be a fit, no too costly and better than Fasano surely.
The Myers guy from OAK? Don't know much about him.
I don't want to be forced to take a TE at #12, since no one is worth that pick. I'd love to be able to just grab BPA at every spot.

I'd like to sign Keller.

I'd like to sign Gibson if the price is right, then trade Bess and draft Tavon Austin.

Titans signed 2 TE's (Delanie Walker)

Still out there...Keller or Fred Davis (injury)

I've heard a couple rumors about a possible Jermicheal Finley trade.

Nothing specific, but it wouldn't surprise me too much.

I wouldn't trade more than a 7th for him. I don't really wsant to pick up his contract.

I'd rather wait until he gets cut or just sign Dustin Keller.

Keller, Fred Davis if physically rehabbd, Brandon Myers may be a great Fasano replacement

Fasano was a decent TE

Need to look at Keller, Davis or Brandon Myers

Eifert, Escobar or Jordan Reed in the draft

I would have liked to retain Fasano (at the right price). He was a good, reliable TE. Bring him back as the #2 guy; I would have been alright with that.

whatever folks around here may think -- Fasano was NOT a problem.

I agree he wasn't the ultimate solution either -- but he's still a viable NFL pro.

Thus his loss is a genuine "loss." It's not devastating, but its nonetheless a setback until he's adequately replaced along with sufficient depth. Same holds true for Smith. These players are "losses" and we need to find solutions along with depth.

I think most people around here viewed him as a Quality #2 TE and a sub par #1.

Not sure he was worth the $4m a year he got from KC.

I'm not sure anyone is worth 4 freaking million to play football.

The numbers are just stupid at this point.

I mean really. We have millions of folks without healthcare and children living on the streets but we pay some jack 10million to run fast and catch a football.

I think the aliens are coming. Soon.

We will miss Fasano in pass protection and run blocking tremendously. So far no left tackle and the loss of Fasano is not going to help Tannehill develop very well in the pocket... Right now there is a good chance he will spend next year running for his life, if we dont make some strong moves soon and in the draft... LT, CB and TE are huge holes at this point...

Keller left Miami without an offer. Meaning chances are probably low that he will sign here.

Should take a look at Davis as we did Keller

Cameron Morrah from Seattle wan't too bad behind Miller & McCoy. Not a star but better than waht we have

Well said. I remember in 1961, Mickey Mantle was the greatest player in all sports and people were astounded when he got $100,000 a season. But that's what the President made at the time.

Do you really think Obama's salary is (what's the highest NFL player paid) maybe $10 million a year?

Amen, how do they say it?...one step forward, two steps back. That's the current situation.
