Miami is holding serve so far but are definitely not built to compete in an offensive shoot out. Defense better start stepping up on 3rd down and show why they are the #2 team in the nfl at 3rd down defense because luck is slaughtering them so far on 3rd down.

That was a great run. The dancing paid off this time because he did it AFTER he passed the line of scrimmage instead of behind like he has been doing.
This is a frantic pace. I'm on edge if Miami can keep it up. They need some defensive disruption. A sack, turnover, to keep the momentum. Cannot let the colts come back and score before half.
Our defensive line is forgetting fundamental football in the pass rush. High school coaches always tell you that when you are closing in on the quarterback put your hand up in his face. You either block the ball or block his vision. Don't just try to make the sack because the odds or the ball will be out before you finish the sack or even get him in the grasp.
That last pass being looked at is a perfect example. Yeah our guy knocked the hell out of Luck but had he put his hand in Luck's face there would be no way that pass would have been completed, challenged or not.
Should not have taken off the pressure on that last 3rd and 20 play. If they are going for it instead of falling down on the ball, you need to bring pressure.
How the the hell can Miami not get a damn sack??? Wtf are they doing?? This isn't a good o line. Luck has been sacked a ton all year! He's crushing this defense because of absolute zero pass rush and will be the downfall of this game if Miami can't get their shit together.
No damn way that colts should have had any chance to score with 48 seconds left. Defense looks like pure shit.
It's a pure joke that Tanny's almost had two fumbles because of pressure and Miami hasn't touched luck a single time yet.
If Miami doesn't have two sacks and at least one turnover in this second half, I can't see them winning. Luck is slaughtering this defense and the colts d is getting closer and closer to drilling tannehill.
They better make some big time defensive adjustments this half or we can kiss this game goodbye.
Like I said Brady. Our defensive linemen are selling out for the sack. When you get close, you need to put your hands in his face. Let's see how accurate he would be with his vision blocked. Watch for what I am saying in the second half.
We are ALMOST getting to him and when you are ALMOST there, you put your hands in his face and don't rely on being able to bring him down before he can throw the ball.
It is pretty impressive Luck is playing like he is with no running game at all....
Tannehill looks great today as well, he is passing as well as he has all season so far IMO...

They definitely need to be putting their hands up. Only saw Wilson do it so far and that's it.
I don't know about them selling out for the sack at all. They look scared to run any blitz packages because of the secondary. They need to figure out a way to put pressur on luck and make him make fast decisions. Then they can get a turnover.
