And if any reader hasn't heard yet. He just came out with his economic plan yesterday.

He argues that the Bush tax cuts should be continued for everyone including those who make over $250K whereas the Dems do not want to extend those tax cuts to those who make over $250K.

But they have been pressing him to answer my question of whether this won't result in cutting services to the middle class.

He has a simple solution.

Keep government revenues the same by simply eliminating THE HOME MORTGAGE DEDUCTION for any couple or household with a joint income MORE THAN $100K.And eliminate the deductions FOR LOCAL AND STATE INCOME TAXES PAID!!!!

Hell that'll bring in a lot of money. Most of the readers on this board DEPEND ON the home mortgage deduction to keep from paying Uncle Sam on April 15. However, the super-wealthy, those making over $250K mostly own their own home and are not paying a mortgage.

And think how much tax you will have to pay when you can't even take deductions for you state and local taxes. That means you get taxed on the same money TWICE once by the state and local government and again by Romney.

All of this to finance tax breaks for the super wealthy.
