In close games, coaching is as important and most likely more important than the play of players.
The players have to perform, there's no doubt about that. And the players have to execute. That's true.
But the coaching plays it safe and tries to sit on a lead with TOO MUCH time on the clock as our last coaching regime did last year.
or......
if they get too reckless and try to win a game by 7 points that they basically have all but already won by 3 points and then lose that game because of it, as our coaching regime has done THIS year................
then you lose close games.
