Huge game coming up this weekend for the development of this team and Tanny IMO, they need to build on the last two outings and finish an opponent when they have them on the ropes, then come home and win what should be our first game of the season as favorites.
We go into the bye at 3-3 with games left against the Bills (2), Jets, Colts, Titans and Jacksonville, we have an excellent shot at 8-8/9-7. Bengals won't be an easy win on the road, but niether was AZ and they were oh-so-close. Gotta think Coyle has more info on them, then they have on us.smileys with beer

If we start winning the turn over battle and our kicker stops missing FG, we could play against anybody...... if we keep turning the ball over and missing kicks, it will be hard to beat anybody but the bottom tier of teams...

Cincy is favored by 3.5 points.

On a side note: Dan Marino's first 3 games were losses followed up by 4 straight wins.

His best game yardage wise was 322/3 tds/2 ints vs Buffalo.

Winning the turnover battle, to me, would be the offense stop turning over the ball. The D has done a pretty good job of getting the ball back for the offense.

True, Carpenter needs to start hitting those FGs (again), but, how about this.....our offense scoring TDs instead of bogging down and forcing Carpenter into long FGs?

This is the same routine we had with Wanny and Sparano. Don't want to see that anymore.
