I'm not sure that's even possible at this stage.

NE would be at the top of the heap due to their victory over a division rival.

One thing in our favor going forward is the schedule for AFC East teams.

Jets...1-3
Miami, 49ers, Texans, Colts

Browns, Pats, 49ers, AZ

AZ beat NE but I don't see them winning consistently. Upsets happen every year but probably not the norm for AZ.

Rams looked better too but they played Washington who will be inconsistent as well.

Cincy barely won over the Browns who almost beat the Eagles last week.

After 2 weeks the Phins are ranked 4th vs the run with a ridiculous 53 ypg.
We need to tighten up the pass D but we still look decent overall. A pick to wrap up the win didn't hurt.

Actually, the jets (ugh ) have the division win, against the Bills last week. That would put them first and the Bills last, with New England and Miami at 0-0 in the division. That tie would get broken by conference record, with New England taking second by virtue of a 1-0 record compared to Miami's 1-1.

A win against the Jets will go a long way next week!

They never get it when I try to be funny.

I loved the win, but I have been jaded by this team too many times to start predicting wins in 3 of our next 4 games. We seemingly have an easy schedule this year so that can help, but we still have some glaring weaknesses and injuries always play a factor. A win over the Jets next week will help me be more optimistic and yet a loss would leave a real sour taste in all our mouths.

Having said that, I am very optimistic about the long-term future, primarily because of Tannehill's and Hartline's progress. Lamar Miller looks like he has the goods and our run defense remains stout.

It's a mixed up, muddled up, shook up world.

Beats the crap out of being 0-2. The team needed this win.

Another win against the jets would be pretty Large!

Mark Shlereth maed the same predictions as I did except he has the Dolphins going 0-3 over the coming weeks...based on tough defenses.

Bills got beat by Jets and won over KC. So they lost to team that is not as good as the one that beat us (Hou) and beat a team that is ranked 31st but they are 11 spots better than Miami? Do they know who the Bills QB is?
