Well I am afraid you're wrong about me because I have lost weight, and will keep it off so help me God. Damn it is so hard to lose weight, and stay fit with the demands of your job for those who have one, and family that one really should not make fun of fat or obese people. Lord knows I tried for years to shed weight, and I finally did it by giving up diet coke. Stop drinking it, and watch what you eat, and excercise somewhat, and the pounds will start to come off trust me. It's a great feeling to know that I conquerd my biggest obsticle in life.

diet pepsi is a tough one. Its my only crutch. Don't drink, or smoke. I don't really like sweets. I eat very decent.......but I love to wash it down with a diet pepsi. I never even had a cup of coffee in my life.

Just a normal diet. My only change was switching to diet soda...or "pop" as we yankees call it.
I went from 238 to 208 and have kept that weight for around 10 years...fluctuating from 195 to 205 currently at 6'-0" tall. I'm a free safety now. lol. Gotta get back to the gym so I can move over to the strong side.
Eesti i went from around 215 to 180 in 5 months...
I eat everything just in small portions..
I eat breakfast lunch and dinner and a snack before going to bed...
A lot of tilapia and salmon in the oven baked potato cereal lots of juice and coffee.
Just in small portions..
you can eat 10 times a day and lose weight..
The opposite of what my father does....Only eats a big amount of food when he comes from work...
Just imagine he is 5'8 225 pounds and iam 6'1 180......I went as low as 173 but i got scared and moved to the low 180s just to be safe..
I do blood tests every year and they comeup fine everytime..Not that i need to but the doctor insist i do them because i drink a blood pressure pill in the morning and at night....
I havent felt this great in years.....i was in the 220s wearing 38 pants waste now iam in the 180s and i wear 33 inch waste pants..Havent felt like this since i was in bhighschool....
I just need to take care of the highblood pressure thing thats all.
My coworker.....drinks only soft drinks as opposed to water...and eats only meat.....Thats all he eats....
He blood is thin...has diabetes...., he has done prostate procedures twice burn the prostate to reduce it twice..........He has a heart pacemaker.......
I feel sorry for him....well you know he is 70 and iam 43.....
But i think he is so messed up because he hast had a halthy dies ever in his lifetime...
Can you picture someone eating just meat bro?
No salads no coffee no juice no rice, no cereal nothing at all just meat.......? No turkey, no ham, no fish at all wtf...?
Now thats a killer...They say you should eat meat at once or twice a week...thats it.
5 years ago my coworker used to open up my uncles bussiness everyday at 8...take off alarm and open up...
Now i gotta do it every day because he is always in the doctor....Not that i care if i have to open up but just saying i feel sorry for him. He is a hot mess.
I even stated drinking a pill vitamin with all the ingredients...including licopene and lutein for the eyes.....

you got part of it.
Drinking a lot of diet soda also MIGHT make the body crave more carbs, resulting in.....eating more carbs.
this is definitely the down time of year. plus I am disgusted with the heat so I've resumed my boycott of reading about sports online or watching it on tv. so there's really nothing much to talk about!
