lol...I think that is why the joke was husband related and kept with A&O's man crush at the same time... i thought it was funny, although I dont think it would have gone down so hot on Pinterest..lol

I just feel, now that he is a Dolphin. I am all in for him. DO I have my concerns? Of course. Will I pull for him no matter what? Yes...just like I did with Beck, Lemon, Henne, Pennington, Fiedler......
I am pulling for him as well, if you are not dont think you are a dolphin fan, but lets be honest, you have been hot on him/had a man crush on him way before he was ever a Dolphin... nothing wrong with it...I hope you are right

I disagree with me being on him from before he was a Phin. No, I wasnt.
I have and (probably always will ) have a crush on RG3.
I wanted us to give up 4 First Round picks for him. Go back and check. I think RG3 will be a superstar.
As I said in a post 2 or so months ago... RG3, Cam Newton, and Sam Bradford are the best (IMO) over the last 4 years.

Go back and look, if my memory serves me correctly, A&O and The Truth were both against drafting Tannehill. Not that i'm calling either one of those guys out, nothing wrong doing a little research and changing your mind, but I would have a hard time stating that A&O has a "man crush" on RT.

But I said I was fine with him at #8 if Ireland, Philbin, and the rest of the FO wanted him there. If they didn't, it would have been no sweat off my back.
I wanted the guy at #8 that our team wanted and needed, could have been Ingram, Floyd, or any other player.
So, don't get me wrapped up as this RT homer per-draft.
I think you guys were so pissed off over all this talk that you drew a line in the sand and forced people to one side of the other, IN YOUR OWN MINDS.
When the fact of the matter was, most people were right in the middle and tried to have logical, thought provoking, and intelligent discussion.
But you guys were so heated, you didn't allow for it.

If you look back into the posts, it is pretty clear A&O has had a man crush on Tannehill way before the draft... Which as I stated there is nothing wrong with it, but lets just be honest about it.. Chyren is right what he posted is a small fraction of A&O's passion towards drafting Tannehill....
I am glad A&O has conviction on the guy, he has a pretty good track record with players... It actually makes me feel a little better. It is just odd, that last year A&O and I were both hot on Cam Newton, I defitnely had a man crush on him last year... But this year I didnt see what he saw so amazing about Tannehill, that made him so hot on him... I like athletic ability, and scrambling ability in the pocket to avoid get tackled... And he has alot of potential... But still he makes me as nervous as a hooker in church... SO much riding on the guy, so many expectations, like retiring his jersey, the hope of a wounded fan base, business of selling tickets in shambles,etc..... I feel bad for the guy, tough situation... Can he rise to the challenge and pressure that has already been placed on him...

Aqua, the man made the statement that You and THE Truth were flatly against drafting Tannehill at 8.
The posts that you point out are all from January.
The posts I point out are all from March.
The draft was in late April.
I really don't think it is fair of you to point out things you said THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE DRAFT when your position was just the opposite right before the draft.
And now you try to say that you were neutral all along.
And when you say, "See Chyren, what you failed to notice, is that after I leaned on the guys in the business that I respect (brandt, Cosell) and found out that they love Tannehill, thats when my opinion started changing."
what you don't realize is that the statement was made that both you and THE Truth were dead set against drafting Tannehill, when I said that wasn't true, instead of sticking up for my opinion, you attacked it and tried to play like you never were hot or cold about Tannehill either way.
That's why Crowder is right above when he says, "That seems like you made the line in the sand that didnt seem accurate.... like a line that moves...lol... no big deal... dont understand why you are waivering on your stance."
And as far as supporting Tannehill, like I said, at this second I support him as much as I ever Supported Bob Griese because he's our quarterback.
But even if he turns into a pro-bowler, other posters on this board WOULD STILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO KID ME ABOUT WHEN I SAID WE SHOULDN'T DRAFT HIM.
They would be within their rights to do so.
That's what being a man means, A & O. You take a position. You take the heat for it and you move on. If you're wrong, you get reminded of it. If you're right, you don't cry when no one remembers.
But you can't live your life like the first mammals lived it at the end of the age of the dinosaurs, scurrying around, hiding in the vegetation, hoping none of the dinosaurs would see them.
You got to take a stand. Be a man.
I support Tannehill now and hope for the best for him. That is PRECISELY why I don't want him rushed into the starting lineup behind this team that sucks.
I want him brought along slowly so we're not looking at Matt Barkley and Jones next year and hoping to draft one of them.
seems pretty clear that a and o was against tannehill at first, early in the year, then came around to the idea of us taking him, a few months before the draft. there's nothing particularly strange about that.

BTW, you got it backwards. We don't block anyone. We are the ones that GET blocked.
But it comforts us to know that we're not really blocked.
Those who profess to have blocked us have been PROVEN to have been taking "peeky-peeks."
A&O,
Do me a favor go back and read your post, and then read mine in this topic. And tell me who is acting like the psycho ex girlfriend. I think it is pretty clear. Also this hole I will block you threat, I don't remotely get. Is it suppose to be insulting? When I don't want to respond to a poster or a subject, I simply ignore it or don't respond, I dont need to act childish and say I am gonna block you.. That seems like a threat and very childish. No one forces anyone to respond to a post. People respond because they want to... If you dont want to respond don't, but no need to act childish with the whole I am gonna block you... There is nothIng I have said or done in this post that is offensive, you on the other hand I would disagree but somehow you threaten to block me , because I call you out about your position. Pretty simple... Again feel free to telle where I was offensive towards you in this post.

Dolphaholic,
Just to clarify, I wasn't against taking Tannehill. I've been kind of ambivalent on the subject. I preferred RG3, and seem to remember saying that I wasn't a fan of Tannehill, that I just didn't see it in the limited highlights available on youtube at the time.
But I also said I'd be more than happy taking him if the front office went through their process and determined he'd be the guy. After all, they'd have access to the really crucial information needed to attempt an accurate evaluation of a QB.
I've definitely warmed up to him over the last 4 months but I wasn't completely sold on him until I heard Phil Simms talk about him in the weeks before the draft.
As I've said a zillion times before, I'm never going to be mad at this Team for trying to find a franchise QB with its top tick, when it doesnt already have a franchise QB on the roster.
Now back to your regularly scheduled fight between A&O and Crowder...

See. That's exactly what I'm talking about. The "blocked" thing was a total joke. Notice the smiley on the end. Calm down big guy.
