These guys will all obviously have to develop to grade this draft, but i'm loving the clear cut plan Philbin seems to have, and the fact Ireland is getting him the right type of players to execute that plan.

Needed a young QB with a WCO skillset to groom - Ireland got the best one available.
Needed an athletic lineman for the right side - Ireland got him one.
Needed a pass rusher - Ireland got him one.
Needed a seam threat TE - Ireland got him one

Some will argue we "reached" on a few picks (which is a joke in and of itself) but he's getting guys that fit the systems we're gonna run.
I know some will say "that's what he's supposed to do", but it seems like they finally have a united vision and are following it. Get two WR's and a RG today, and i'll have to change my whitey tighteys.
(one other bonus to loving this draft.....we didn't take a punter in the 3rd rnd.....WTF!)
