why does anyone care what Walter says? that guy is a moron. But there is a reason Thomas is projected to go so late. He just doesn't have the arm. His accuracy is plain bad.

So because he has made money that gives him the ability to evaluate prospects in college and evaluate the performance of NFL players? I don't think so.

At least profootballfocus watches all the tape and grades the players in a consistent and chartable way. But even they admit that they don't get everything right because you CAN'T know a given players assignment on every play. You may recognize the coverage scheme but how do you know the player wasn't coached during the week to shade towards player A a bit more.

It is literally impossible for amateurs (which is what Walter is) to assess these players. He is probably just an intelligent football fan.

Besides have you seen some of the predictions/evaluations on his website? Some of them are complete crap. As for the rest, I bet he just has an insider to ESPN and looks at everything Kiper and McShay write. He probably has a subscription to profootballfocus and poaches their grades as well.

Seriously A&O, you and me could start a website and the information would be just as good. It's all about marketability and somehow acquiring a readership.

That is why Walter has a large bank account. When he started up, he knew how to market his website to make it stand out and he slowly started gathering a readership and he now has a fairly popular blog.

I will pass on Thomas. Hey Aqua I agree with you about a minority QB is the world ending soon? Anyway the offense that he played in college is the biggest reason why he won't get drafted in the spring. As a matter of fact I would stay away from all of the offensive players at Oregon because that pinball crap does not work in the pro's. LaMichael James gets killed at 185lbs me thinks.
