somtimes its not who yu hired or dont hire, but how does he as the top dawg set the tone and provide inspriation and sacrifice for the organization.... Ross is about as inspiring as a rock... He lives in New York, and made our franchise a joke.. THe orange carpet, changing the fight song, "phins up", celebrity cameos, club liv and its cheesy atmosphere....
I think he needs to take a litte more ownership of the joke he has made of the stadium and gameday experience, it is a mix between a side show carnival/used car lot/ and cheesy people touristy miami fashion and design, who care nothing about football, trying to create a desired atmoshpere.. It reminds me of a straw market that the cruise ships drop the tourist off at and then tells them it is atuhentic island goods..lol.....Fail....

Hard to tell really. He's more of a nerdy guy than a boob. I don't believe he knows much about football. I doubt if he ever played little league, PAL or other sports as a kid. I don't know for sure, of course, but I'd be surprised if he did. He just doesn't come across as a sports guy.

He apparently makes his money from investment real estate. He must rely on others to structure a football team. He needs advice from people he can trust and I don't know how many knowledgeable football people go to for guidance. However, I consult Don Shula and get some ideas from him.

Get off of Ross. He hasn't had a chance to rebuild the team. He came in and just managed Parcells' mess.
