IF the Colts get the first pick in the draft

IMO, they will draft Luck, and then try and trade Manning, nt sure if Manning will be able to force they cut him based on his unique contract.. Think about it Polian can get a ton of high picks for Manning to rebuild the team around Luck... Luck and his father will like that setup..and Luck will most likely come out. If we have the first pick, what would encourage Luck to come out this year. Our Owner in Ross, I doubt it, our GM in Ireland, probably not a strong suit. Sparano, not likely, Will Ross, have the oppurtunity of a big name coach, with guys like Cowher, saying they dont want to coach next year, and Gruden signing a new long term deal with ESPN MNF... Will he go in the direction of Carl Peterson at GM.. WIll he bumble and stumble around.... TO be Honest, I am not like the stories of our owner being based out of New York. Doing interviews in his office overlooking central park... WHy didnt this guy buy the Jets...lol

I am pretty sure they owe him about 80 Million.

A&O,
I am pretty sure there was a clause in the contract Peyton and the Colts just signed this offseason, that allows the Colts, to get out of it this offseason, with no more cash. The Colts put the clasue in the contract based on the neck surgery issues Peyton was having this offseason. The Question is , does Peyton have the same rights to get out of his contract this year, i doubt it. Then it becomes can the Colts pull off the trade predraft, or can Peyton and other teams just weight them out, figuring they will release him. Also does Peyton have a non trade clause is his contract the gives him the power to approve a trade..
You would think, after all Manning has done for Polian, that he would release him, to choose his location, if Polian goes in the direction of Luck... Alof of questions, and variables...

Dolphins were over the Top Loyal to dan Marino toward the end of his career. look where it got them/us. Buisness is buisness. I'd do exactly what they are doing. Tank it,Cut Peyton, grab Luck and run. This isn't the Old days. Look what farve did to the Packers . very rare for any player to do a whole career anywhere anymore. Bledsoe got sent packing for a 6th stringer back in 2001. The Colts are making a strong run for Luck. Make no doubts about it.

I just threw up in my mouth. My only hope is that they're willing to trade us the pick if we offer them a King's Ransom, which I think we should be 1,000,000% committed to doing.
