Bottom line, need to get rid of Ireland and Sparano. One guy can't ID consistent talent, and the other can't coach or inspire players worth a damn! Every good organization starts at the top, and right now our top needs a major overhaul. It blows ass!! Here we are again, on the wrong side of another "fantastic comeback".
