Who should replace Sparano and Ireland?

Date: September 25, 2011 12:20PM I'm just going to assume that Ross will put Tony Sparano out of his misery during or immediately after this season. Jeff Ireland needs to get sent packing with him as even Armando Salguero can point out how bad the personnel moves have been.
