it seems like 3 years ago we were going to turn this franchise around after going 11-5. What in the hell happened? I don't have all the answers, but I know this team, and the fans don't have faith in this coaching staff, and the coordinators. This once proud franchise has become a cluster scew up, and the only thing left to do is make whole sale changes now. Why freaking wait? What good will that do? The players don't believe in Sparano, and niether does any one else. He is clearly in over his head. Simply hire an interim coach finish the season, and let the rebuilding begin. Their are some on this site that laughed at the Bills for hiring Chan Gailey well who's laughing now? Don't tell me coaching does not count, because they have a bunch of no names, but they play as a team and they believe they're going to win every week. We just plain and simply suck, and can't wait for the game to be over because south beach is calling our players.

A couple of reasons

Batting about .100 in the draft, and Free Agency.

Too many former washed up Cowboys!
