In the first game there were 11 points that should have been scored. Goal and short killed us. Even as bad as we played those 11 points would have made it 38-35. The second game we had a FG blocked - kicked too low, second FG wide left - 6 point thrown away....A TD pass dropped by Marshall...that's 13 points...a 26-23 win for us. What is it about our execution...that's what kills me every year....the internal self destructive mode we cant get out of.

Yep...totally agree with you...we have been talented enough to win...but "WE" cant seem to do it. I think Shula had that power of fear in him....Players were the best because they feared not being their best...and it showed on the field.

Lack of execution because the coaches dont draw the right players and put them in positions to make plays. I think the phins inability to win is mainly the coaching's fault...


Because we have some very good players. And we look like crap...They better draw better plays next week. Blitz more take more chances.

We looked pretty good during Jim Bates' reign as well. I knew we were in trouble when Shula left. I don't care how much talent we had, we went from the least penalized team in football to one of the most penalized teams...and we've had a lot of trouble shaking that ever since. Now we're starting to look like Cam Cameron's team or the one that played for Wanny his last year. It's pathetic!
