actually, sporano said "he wouldn't rule anything out." there were a million different ways he could have answered that question---"we are happy with who we've got," "we have no plans to do that," or my favorite "hell no." his non-answer tells me this is something they are considering. at the very least it was a terrible answer if they really have no plans to do this.

now if we really are considering this---god help us all.

Yep I agree, this sounds like a total BS rumor. Sparano says that about every question, so yo u cant tell if there is any truth to it or not... My guess, it is wishful thinking by Omar... Farve was horrible last year... Farve played ten time worse then Henne last year.

"I wouldn't rule anything out" = If Dan Marino wanted to try for a comeback they'd let him at least try out. It doesn't mean "OMG YES WE'RE GOING AFTER FARVE!!!"

he said the same stuff last summer. you can't take anything his agent says as proof of anything. trying to get some dumb team (ahem) to pay more $$

Berk, there is absolutely nothing to substantiate this rumor. Omar Kelly hates Henne so he asked the question, SParano said I will not rule anyting out, and Omar tweeted it and will look like a fool becasue of it.. He should not create this type of misimformation or bad journalism... It isnt good for his reputation or credibiltiy as a journalist
