Give it a rest, your ruling and appeal is coming Monday Crowder, should have some clarity in about 3/4 weeks.

"Ending the Lockout does not end the lawsuit" there are ramifications for the legal tactic the players have taken. Attacking the draft is one of those slippery slopes as pointed out by Florio, in a story that has quotes from De Smith, Steven Jackson, Kessler and Goodell. Not just Goodell, as you all would like us to believe.

I am sorry Phinfans, I guess the last topic made on the subject, which was untrue, false and misleading, is more the direction you want the message board topics to take.
If it fits your opinion, it doesnt matter if it is true.it needs to be posted. If it doesnt fit your position, and is factual, it needs to be given a rest?..I see, well why dont you just say so. Instead of beating around the bush about it...lol

yes it would ruin the league if they did away with the draft and it was every man for himself after college. that would be awful. however no matter what anyone says at this point, this will never happen. it is all about leverage, no one really wants to do away with the draft. there will be a new CBA signed and this lawsuit will be dismissed, the only question is when and under what terms (the terms will include a draft no matter what). I am still holding firm on my prediction that we miss no games or even training camp.

Sorry Crowder, but you don't think this is beating a dead horse just a little bit?
