Besides great QB leadership with these teams in the playoffs, we are looking at all from COLD WEATHER climates.

Not true. Indy play's indoors, New Orleans indoors in air conditioning. lol

Seattle is cold, but not snowy cold, due to the coast, and the humidity.

That's why we need to draft/aquire a qb from a cold weather region.
Henne was close coming out of Michigan. He had the physical attributes you look for, it was the head and heart that was missing.
I can see Ireland's logic.
