to turn around this franchise.

1. Hire an offensive minded coordinator who will try and fix our offense.

2. Find some speed on offense and a starting QB for next season.

3. Get your players on injured reserve back healthy so that they can contribute to the success of the team next year.

4. Trade down in the draft and take best available players per round.

5. Find an indentity on offense and stick to it no more wildcat one play then a pass the nexts it throws off the timing of the offense.

6. Win your games at home any which way you can.

7. Find some defensive backs that can actually intercept the football.

8. Find another pass rusher opposite Wake.

9. This maybe the biggest stay healthy on both sides of the ball. Look at how many players we lost. Do you think we would have been better without all of those injuries.

10. We do these things and we could have a good year in 2011.

That's probably why he overcompensates by micromanaging the team. Someone needs to buy Sparano a big car or something so he can feel better about his manhood and let his players play.

Love it

I think the big things are:

1. Hire an oc he can trust and let him ,mange the offense, like Nolan does the defense.

2. mMke sure the OC has a QB coach he wants and can develop whoever he puts out there.

3. Try to upgrade and or develop QBs better

Next season = dysfunctional deluxe sashimi grade baby tuna with bald tires and speckled sun glasses rolling in the grass.

“Eat me.”

“Eat me.”
