Ireland is not getting in the way of Cowher,
It was reported that Mike Dee and Stephen Ross, believe blowing up the team, would set Miami way back and it doesnt seem they willing to do that.
It was also reported Cowher wants 8 million a year.
It was also reported Ireland and Ross were arm and arm chums monday night during the Stanford game watching Andrew Luck play and the entire Dolphins staff was at the game scouting Luck.

Blowing up the team is mistake, and I agree with Ross. Getting a top Qb, is the best bet for this team, not hiring Bill Cowher, and even if you hire Bill Cowher, you still need a new QB. So the biggest problem seems QB related not coach related IMO. If Ireland said I believe in Henne and he will be our started next year Ross would have fired him. SO if Cowher and Ireland are going to make the same major moves why kill what you have going and pay Cowher 8 million

Really. Sparano was trying to make a steak dinner and Tuna and Tuna helper bought him cheese whiz and white bread and they ended up with grilled cheese sandwiches. Only problem was TS put the bread in the middle.
