I agree i think we need to start over with some new blood at the QB position.
And first of all get rid of henning once and for all.
He and his wildcat is the main reason why we suck so bad on offense. Im sick of it.
Here is the idea. After we put a decent coaching staff in place.
1.Draft a QB in the first round.......
2. Draft 2 or 3 OL including a center really high maybe in 3rd since we have no second.
3.Draft another receiver or in free agency
4. Free agent LB........Some one who can actually play instead of run his mouth....CROWDER.
5. Fix special teams....ASAP.
henne's comments are so disappointing. I don't care if you are 20 for 20 in the game, if you end the game with 2 ints you can't say you had a good game because you only made 2 mistakes! This is the kind of loser mentality that seems to have infected this team. Sporano getting up there every week pointing to some bizarre stat to explain why our offense is actually pretty good. hello, only one stat matters and that is points!
henne is not a leader. in his comments he blames others for his mistakes and says he had a good game despite looking like a pop warner QB at the end, because he only made 6 "minus plays" (you ever heard that term before)? only minus play that matters is the loss at the ned.

More proof that he isn't what we need. I understand what you are saying. Its frustrating as hell.
I’m starting to think Henne is bipolar or at least suffering from a slightly displaced personality. It all started last off-season when he came out and totally crapped on Tebow – saying his “game” was essentially bogus and no way was Timmy an NFL QB.
I mean hello! This is coming from a punk like Henne who hadn’t proved crap in the NFL himself but he’s totally cool with disrespecting an athlete like Tebow?
Yo Henne, Tebow led his college team to a National Championship!
What did you do in college?
I’m tellen y’all Henne just ain’t “right” between the ears. And that’s not something you can coach him up on. He need psychic surgery and a trip to reality-land.
Oh MAN!!! Someone needs to explain to Henne and Sparano that this is football, not horseshoes. Close doesn't count!! I don't care if he passes for 500 yards. If HIS mistake costs us the game, then he needs to take responsibility for that.
Sporano said in his post game interview Henne did a great job he only had 5-6 minus play the best he has had all season, now this is exactly what Henne says. When Henning says we just didnt execute the game plan Henne rinse and repeat we just didnt execute. I dont know if this is a result of the coaching staffor a tool player?

He doesn't have much accountability does he? Great team players don't make excuses, they take things on their shoulders that aren't even their fault. This guy deflects things that are his fault. Doesn't look good for the future of his career.

You are absolutely right here. However, if he is getting his butt chewed out for every mistake and can't check off and has to run dumb plays then he is going to be gun-shy and start defending himself.
My point is not to defend him but to criticize the coaches, Henning and Sparano. They would ruin another QB too.
Ok Henne isn't the sharpest tool in the shed and for that reason he should be shelved. Problem is there are only 2 QB's in the upcoming draft that are worth a look, and we only have 1 draft pick in the first 2 rounds. Here's my list of projected high pick QB's , maybe there is someone out there in the 6th round who knows?
Here's the list:
*Andrew Luck (Stanford) = another Matt Ryan, but bound for the Panthers.
Cam Newton (Auburn)= Kind of a McNabb/Jamarcus Russel hybrid
Jake Locker (Washington)= Jimmy Clausen-he's got bust written all over him.
*Ryan Mallett (Arkansas)= Drew Bledsoe -kid has a great arm and vision but poor mobility.
Terrelle Pryor (Ohio State)=an inferior Vince Young
Nathan Enderle (Idaho)=chad henne pt.2 (he makes poor decisions)
Pat Devlin (Delaware)=Joe Flacco with a weaker arm
Is he coming out for the Draft? I think he's a 2012 candidate, but seems fairly solid. Numerically his sack total is a bit high, but I have not looked at him thouroughly, I will take a look and report back later.
