injuries and bad drafting and Henne not developing have caused this regime to be on the hottest of hot seats. I don't think they will be with the team next year. Someone has to pay for Pat White being made a 2nd round pick. Well Sparano your a nice guy however you're not Bill Cowher nice knowing you coach.

I still don't get the bad drafting thing. I don't think our drafts have been any worse than most other teams.

The draft is like playing the lottery. You never know when you are going to hit it. If it wasn't that way, Tom Brady would never have played cause he was taken in the 6th round. The entire NFL is messed up and us fans are part to blame. We pay the prices to see them and the owners allow the players who never have taken a snap make millions. I wish I could have just graduated college and made a huge signing bonus only to sit the rest of my career.

Whoever says we've had bad drafts just don't pay attention to other teams, plain and simple.

Our drafts have been very good except a couple "fluke" picks that were considered "luxury" picks anyways...ie Pat White.

Other than that, this regime inhereted the most talentless team in the entire league and now have added *ALOT* of talent.

We can see though that after only 3 years we still have plenty of holes, that just showes how bad we were 3 years ago.

The entire line needs more attention in the draft, RB, TE, WR and overall depth on defense.
