Pennington says he feels bad for Henne, "he knows what it is like to be benched for reasons that are not your fault"

Ouch! First Marshall, now Pennington. Is it not completely obvious that the problem is NOT with the QB??!! It's with the OC!!

If it's the OC, then Henne will thrive somewhere else. Watch how many teams try to snatch up Henne, that will give you a idea how "great" Henne is. It isn't the OC because our problems are inside the twenty and that means it's execution.

To be honest I think alot of people believe that it is the OC and bad circumstances,. I think Henning will be gone next year and the new OC will likley decide the fate of Henne. Most likely renewing his starting career

Whatever you think of Henning he's WAY MORE PROVEN than Henne. Seriously, grow up. Henne is NOT the answer at QB and the sooner you realize that the sooner you can focus on what we really need.

Plus the basic FACT:

if we traded Henne what do think we'd get????

Sadly, he ain't worth crap - and that's what we'd get because he ain't no NFL franchise type QB. He's a strong-armed nobody with no touch, no pocket sense, bad feet, slow minded, inconsistent, dull footballer maybe OK for CFL but that's it...

Sad truth. Maybe we get a 2nd string G.

So if we think abandoning Henne wasnt the greatest idea for the team long term.... We need to grow up..... Right. Henne isnt going anywhere, this was a knee jerk reaction, influenced by pressure from Ross on Sparano and Ireland to succeed right now, or be out of a job.

I like Pennington but your views and perception of success in building a franchise is extremely skewed. Football is a team sport, Henne is hardly the main problem with our team.... For those that dont realize, and go around telling people to "Grow up", based on this situation and discussion... doesnt make a bit of sense or add one bit towards what point you attempting to make.

Lol, everyone will be out of a job by year end lol. Ross will see to it. Win or your done and I'm ok with that. We will be again searching for the right coaches and players for another 5 years. This team has really tarnished since the good old years of the 70's. The Pats and Jets are now the gold standard in our division have to call it the way I see it.
