Lets say for the sake of argument that the rams are #1, the hawks are two and the fish are three (I know that priority is inverse to the record).

1. Rams
2. Seahawks
3. Dolphins

Question: Since the rams have the highest waiver claim (example above) is moss automatically a ram or does moss have a say in the matter where he can reject the rams and continue falling until he gets to a team that he likes?

I know how it works in fantasy football but i have a feeling that it may be a bit more complicated then that cool smiley
