Jake looked great against Allen for the most part but J. Allen did get a sack and was credited for 3 hurries in only 15 pass plays. So it's not like he got dominated the entire game.

The sack wasn't much of a sack. Henne decided run with the ball, and Allen came across the line and stopped him about 3 inches short of the LOS. At least one of Allen's "hurries" was on a stunt where Incognito missed the block.

When Jake was on Allen in both run and pass protection, Allen was nowhere to be found.

Jake is dominant. People can bash the Trifecta, but no matter what happens to these guys there will always be one thing we can all say about them.

They landed a perennial All-Pro, future Hall Of Famer Left Tackle in Jake Long.

I have a good feeling in about 12 more years he will leave the game as one of the top 5 tackles to ever play the game.

I think you're right.

I say we will run a lot this game. Revis or not, we run. Jest had trouble with the run last week, and the o-line would love nothing more than to beat up on the Jest. That simple. That direct. Revis just won't be posterized on that one play we go up top for the 60 yard TD. Too bad, it could have been twice in a row

Just another excuse for us to get no love from the media. That way we can hear that we won because revis was out or not 100% and as always the Jets Lost will be the headline not Phins won. But itll just be motivation for the Monday night!
