Favre plays well in the first half, then thinks he has the stamina and strenght that he did 10 years ago, forces too many passes, gets 2 intercepted, one for a pick-6, which makes the difference in the game
I'll go with the nail bitter. Seems that all our games go that way.
Farve will burn us at least once but will also throw two picks. Henne will struggle but the running game will provide much needed time for him.

The Dolphins used to struggle in Minneapolis for whatever reason. I witnessed it first hand back when Fiedler was QB. This is a completely different team. Better coached and also a much faster team which will pay off on turf.
Favre has 3 TD's and 3 int's in his last two games vs Miami. He threw 3 picks the last time he faced Miami. He hasn't had huge passing days vs us. 206 yards in 2006 with the Packers. 194 and 233 yards in two games with the Jets.
Their front 7 is very good and allowed 85 yards to N.O. who doesn't have near the running game or talent at RB that Miami does.
Favre is banged up (ankle, back) and so are the Vikings. Players who have been limited in practice....Chris Cook and Cedrick Griffen may not play. Harvin has a hip injury.
I think we can hold AP to under 100 yards this week but he will get 1 TD. Toby Gerhart probably makes his debut but will find professional real estate tough to come by against Miami.
I think this is a big week for Ronnie Brown. (I hope since AP and RB are my fantasy backs). I hope to see some trickery from the wildcat instead of the same old run up the gut crap!
I think we take advantage of the suspect secondary. Marshal has 120 yards and 1 TD. Fasano will get one as well. Ronnie Brown has 100 yards and 1 TD as he breaks a long one this week. Ricky has 55 yards on 12 carries. Ronnie looked better last week than RW.
Favre will soon find out that he overstayed his welcome and should have went out after a great 2009 season. This will be the first season that he misses a game due to injury and he will retire before the season is over. More tears are likely.

Mia will not score 31 points. Have you seen Henne throw lately? lol
They have a decent run defense so again 140 yards prob combined which with Henne prob throwing for around 200, will lead to 2 td's and some FG oppertunities.
Dont expect our team just yet untill about week 5 before you start seeing 30 points, which I cant see us scoring in that number alot at all, just not how we are built to play, we play conservative and TOP.
Yes week 5 is bye week, but I say week 5 because that extra week of practice, and game planning will allow our week 6 to be our comming out party for our offense!
Yeah it would be sweet to get two rushing and two throwing it to get 28 points, then top it off with one fg to make it 31 points, but no not with a solid defense in Minn after a loss from a thursday night game, adding extra practice, and rest time, will be VERY difficult to achieve.
I'm calling an AP fumble caused by Dansby who rips the ball away from Peterson just as he's about to pass the 100 yard mark on the day. Misi falls on it. HUGE 4th quarter turnover that eventually puts Carpenter on the 23, where he boots it in to put the game on ice, putting us up by 9, effectively giving us our 2nd road win of the season, and most importantly, improving our record to a perfect 2-0.
I don't know. I'm very nervous about this game. Mostly because Brett Favre has never lost in a Vikings uniform in the Metrodome. I know that's only one season but still.
But we are not the Broncos alot of our plays on offense are wierd, and we struggle to get the long bombs.
If we could just sling it up, and let Marshall come down with it more, then yeah we could rack up some points, but Sparano has put a over emphasize on TOP, which means short pass's, and run the ball.
This is why we struggle when we get into the 20 30 yard lines.
I would love for us to utilize some 4 and 5 wr sets, but its so rare on our team.
