say what you want about Farve, but he knows players in his 20 year career. He thinks Vonte is pretty good
"Twenty-one, I felt like is one of the best corners in this league, especially that nobody knows about," Favre said, explaining why he took shots at Jason Allen instead. "Twenty-one, I was less apt to challenge."
Vontae is starting to come close to the elite ranking of CB's. All that trial by fire last year was great for his development. Now we just need Sean Smith to get motivated and we'll have a great set of high performance Corners.

The way Jason Allen played, I think we already have a pair of great corners.
try an even bigger game. That win against minnesota really didnt mean much since it was not a division win and not even a conference win. This next two games will tell settle all of the dust

Agree. Right now, this is looking like the days of Feidler. I don't know if that is coaching and play selection, or if Henne just doesn't have it.

There are a few differences:
1. Henne has a MUCH better arm than Fiedler
2. Fiedler had better legs (scrambling ability) than Henne
3. Our WRs are MUCH better than the group Fiedler had
4. Our O-Line is MUCH better than what Fiedler had
5. Our RB corp is very different. Ricky in his prime was faster and more productive, but he was ONE guy. We're older at the RB position, but we're more versatile and have more depth.
It's about offensive philosophy and taking advantage of our RBs. Our RB corp is still one of the best in the league. Henning/Sparano just want the ball in their hands.
Still, with the investment we made in Brandon Marshall, we better start opening up the passing game!
