Go Pats. I know I should be rooting for the Jets, but eff the Jets. I hope they lose 52-0 and the team plane crashes on the way back to New Jersey.

I initally wanted the pats to lose but I now agree with mikeO if the jets lose today and we beat them they will be 0-3 and the division comes down to a two team race rather than a three. SO even if we dont win the division if the jets are out of it that makes a wild card birth easier.

Looks like the Jets may pull out the upset! right now 28-14 with 5 min left as I type this.

Trust me this is the better result for Miami!

New England suffers a divisional loss and the Jets will get all cocky again when they come to Miami next week, another loss coming up lol.

Pats D doesn't look good. Secondary is real bad

Pats are playing a rookie on one corner and a scrub on the other. That is their weakness this year.

I can only hope Sanchez challenges our secondary like he is challenging that rookie.

And the Jets D doesn't look great against the run. I think we can take them.

In a perfect world, this game would have gone into over-time and these two teams would have beat the snot out of each other.

However, this result has it's positives... we don't have to listen to idiots that think the Patsies will go undefeated. They look average. Even the great Thomas Brady was outplayed by Sanchez.

The Jests did have some injuries during this game...Center, Revis' Hammy, and JT's elbow.

We need to play a physical game against them next Sunday night and spread the ball around alittle more on offense.

After further review.......lets just win the next 2 and it's a moot point what happened today between these two.

Well, the Jets won like I wanted. Don't get me wrong. It is very possible that looking back on this game in week 15, We might all have rather the Patriots won.

However, you can't go on your feelings. Neither can you go with a prediction that the Jets being 0-3 would finish them off. 13-3 is not a bad record.

The only thing you can go on is what benefits you TODAY.

Today, we are the only undefeated team in the AFC East.

We are 3 games up on Buffalo because we beat them head to head.

We are 2 games up on NE because we have a one game lead plus we are 1-0 in the division and they are 0-1.

We are 1 game up on the NYJ Jets.

If You Jet haters had gotten your way and the victory were switched to the Patriots, we would be technically in SECOND PLACE because we both would be 2-0 overrall but the Pats would be 2-0 in the AFC, while we would be 1-0 in the AFC.

This would be REAL important if the season were over today....but the last time I checked there are ummmmm 14 more games left in the season....4 of which will be against the jests and the patsies. So, TECHNICALLY, right now that game was meaningless.

You missed the point GBOFan because what you say WAS my point.

Judged by TODAY, the Pats loss benefits us the most. (did you miss it when I say that in week 15 we may all look back and regret it?)

What happens in 13 more games is something we cannot forsee. But TODAY, the best thing for us happened.

Save your criticism for those saying that a 3rd loss would have finished the Jets off with, as you say "ummmmmmm 14 more games" to play.

Didn't miss your point. I just disagree with your logic. Either way, you're right about TODAY. We are in 1st. smileys with beer

Jason Allen is playing at a pro bowl level and davis is play8ing even better....

NOTE...Happy that time jason allen fell on one of the receptions by the vickings receiver.....The receiver went out of bounce that would had gone all the way for a TD....Jason playing well plus a bit of luck doesnt hurt.

Wont be easy for sanches against this D....although the jets OL always gives us trouble. I wake missi darnby keep playing like this we are going to have a great pass rush this year.....Havent seen one OL that can handle wake BTW. He has a motor and always gets around.

Agree. Allen is playing very well, but his problem has been mistakes. That was one of them he got away with. But Allen isn't a rookie CB. And he is a playmaker.

I will laugh if Sanchez challenges our secondary like he challenged that Patriot DB, we win. Any decent CB would have picked off Sanchez's passes in that game - Sanchez was throwing right to the DBs but the WRs were just outfighting. When I look at those passes and I look at those decisions, I am not afraid and rather happy we face the Patriots next week.

BTW, on the topic of who I would root for, I say I don't care as long as they play a hard fought game that exposes weaknesses and perhaps leaves them both a bit dinged up. I think I got what I wanted.
