Tuesday Morning Practice NOTES

The outside linebacker are working on shedding blocks.

The linebackers are working on forcing fumbles and recovering it.

Bill Parcells is here with Ron Wolf, former Packers GM, scouting the defensive backs today.

It appears Ryan Grice-Mullen has been moved up to the first team slot spot. The coaches probably wants to get a good body of film on him.

Lydon Murtha continues to work as the second team left tackle. Andrew Gardner is the right tackle.

Donald Thomas continues to work as the second team left guard. Cory Procter is on the right side.

Rookie John Jerry, who was nursing an injury yesterday, is working as the starting right guard this morning.

WR Greg Camarillo (groin) and RB Tristan Davis (unknown), and Nate Garner (left foot) are sitting out practice.

Jake Grove continues to work with the second team offensive line. Joe Berger is appears to be winning that battle.

TE John Nalbone drops a pass right in his hands in a drill. Too many drops this camp for Nalbone; David Martin is a better TE option.

Dolphins DBs run through drills. Balls dropped, none punted

"Brandon Marshall was working with the 1st and 2nd team unit. I suspect he's getting more work because of his recent Ted Ginn impersonation."

One more reason for me to like the coaching situation in Miami right now. You wanna play like a bum? We'll practice you like you played like a bum. Gotta love it.
