I would their are alot of very good players still left for us to fill our needs. If I were the brass I would trade #40 pick, and stockpile some more picks. This draft is deep, and their will be some pro bowl players taken in the 6th and 7th rounds. I want us to draft as many players as possible, and then let them fight it out in training camp for roster spots. I beleive trading down is the road we should take to start the 2nd day of the draft.

We have no chips to move up.

We need an OLB in the worst way. Either trade down if you got a sleeper, or stand pat and take BPA
