Date: March 27, 2010 09:03AM until you see a rookie wage scale almost NOBODY moves up into the Top 10 of the NFL Draft.
Jets did it last year cause they needed a franchise QB and because the Browns all but handed them the pick for nothing just to get out of the Top 10, so Cleveland got out of paying a Top 10 guy huge money. Both teams won. Browns saved money, Jets got their QB. And UNLESS its for a QB, no team will move up into the Top 10. Too expensive and too much risk!
