I realize I am one of the freaks thats gets UP for the combine coverage. There's a couple guys a wanna see in particular, who may be available #12- and deserve a thourough consideration. Like JASON PIERRE-PAUL DE/OLB
And some who's poor preparation or performance may send them tumbling down the DRAFT board. TERRENCE CODY ?
Looking forward to it...

For those lucky enough to have NFL Network its the greatest days of the year for die-hard NFL fans.
You get such great insight and learn how the whole draft process works. And learn what scouts, GM's, and coaches are looking for.
Jason Pierre-Paul is a guy to watch. I have seen him go as high as #4 or all the way to the late teens/early 20's on some mocks. And when I say some mocks I mean people who actually cover this stuff and people that matter.
I even think Pierre-Paul could be a sleeper pick for Miami. He is probably a better 4-3 defense fit. But as a total athlete he could probably evolve into a 3-4 player.

Problem is, I don't feel anyone drafted #12 should have to "evolve" into their position. If you can't get on the field and be productive as a rookie (whether a starter or a backup), then you're not worth the #12 pick.

I agree. Thats why I think he ends up with a 4-3 team
Brian Orakpo was drafted #13 overall and the Skins had no intention of playing him at DE even thought that's what he played throughout college. They drafted him with the intention of moving him to OLB and well, I don't need to tell you the rest. I wouldn't be against making the same type of move. If after the combine JPP looks like he is going to be a stud and capable of making a smooth transition to OLB, then I wouldn't have any problem taking him at 12.
