Zach Thomas & Dat Nguyen have been rumored as LB coaches. That would be nice.

I think Zach would be a great coach although he had much of his success in a 4-3. Maybe as ILB coach. He was known as one of the smartest players in the league.

Kevin Greene has done a great job in GB as OLB coach. Clay Mathews had 10 sacks as a rookie.

a few other names from a 3-4 defense...

Mike Trgovac (D-line coach, former DC for Carolina) and Winston Moss LB coach and assistant HC) both for GB. They had a great turn around in a years time going from a 4-3 to a 3-4 under Dom Capers.
