Dawyne Bowe suspended for 4 games for Steroids or another PED.

I now know why KC claimed Chambers and paid him his salary instead of letting him hit the open market and signing him cheaper. And I now know why nobody parted with anything for Bowe at the deadline.

This only diminishes his value...if we can give Ricky a 2nd chance, then why not take a flier next year for Bowe...great potential and has some good size and speed.

Signed in 2007 for 5 yrs/9 million

Cheap and if can be had for a 3rd or 4th rounder, I'd do it in a second!

we only gave RIcky a 2nd chance cause he owed Wayne H a lot of money and Wayne was never going to see that money so might as well keep him around and have him "work it off" so to speak.

This is a different situation totally

I'm not so sure about that. With Ronnie coming off the knee injury we needed a good back. Where would you get a back of Ricky's level for that price? I was one that wanted nothing to do with Ricky, but I was wrong. Ricky has really stepped it up and kept clean. I really don't think this was a Wayne thing, just a good practical move.

As far as Bowe? Depends.

They were diet pills , not roids! I would sign him in a heartbeat. He is a great receiver.

And Barry Bonds was just using arthritis lotion and Manny Rameriez was just taking estrogen as well. And David Ortiz did nothing.........not buying all the lame excuses anymore
