I don't think there is any chance he'll be back in 2010. His 47 tackles last season were a career low, except for his rookie season. He had the big sack total, but was a huge liability against the run. He has 12 tackles so far this season. Going back to last season, he has had 2 or fewer tackles in 8 of his last 12 games, including two games with zero tackles. In the other 4 games, he has 13 combined tackles, so it's not like those were good games. In his last 12 games, he has a total of 21 tackles. He really doesn't deserve to still be starting. The attention he gets is all about his reputation at this point, not actual production on the field.

JT can stay if he is only used to spell Roth, assuming we keep Roth, he loses all that idle weight, and continues to be productive on the outside again

I can't see JT be productive at his age anymore.

Of course you can't. You've taken every opportunity to bash JT and ZT. Why would you have any faith in him now?

JT can play either OLB position. I could see him as a backup to Wake as well. I think he'd be an asset on our team, regardless of which position he plays.

We can go ahead and put JP on the bench. Start Wake now!! Put him out there to block field goals as well. If you have not seen the youtube clip check this out! Do a youtube search Cameron Wake vertical leap

I'm going to side with Mike on this one. I think JT is currently squeezing the last bit out of the tube. Next year? The tube will be empty or just not squeezing.

He will have a game here and there where he has a favorable matchup and gets a sack or makes a play...but against solid starting OL's? he is just about done.

Agree porter needs to close his mouth until he has the game to back it up.

Wake needs to play more regardless of what JP does or doesn't say or do. he is a gamer and needs to be on the field ... with or without Porter.

Ofcourse not. This coming from the resident expert.

If JT has a good game then he is a beast if he has a bad game then he is washed up. Why is it that year in and year out some dope wants to get rid of proven players for unknowns. JT is a gamer and the guy loves the phins he has put up with a lot of BS out of this organization and continues to show loyalty, wish I could say the same about his fans. JT will be just fine as for JP he might be gone. As for Roth who knows what is going to happen with him.

so because JT loves the Fins we should pay him a ton of money and let him suck on the field.

Great, we aren't trying to win we are a retirment community for nice old players who love the franchise.

JT is a great situational pickup, and has stuff still in the tank.
- No one was a hard on him as i was last year with the attitude lapse
- He has done nothing but perform this year, but not an every down guy

Roth situation befuddles me
- Hope that gets dealt with such that we know where he stands as a Fin

Cameron Wake needs to play more

Porter is beginning to lose ground with me, but has his moments

************
Def Secondary and and WR are the glaring holes for me.

I'll tell you what doesn't make any sense......the phins offerring you a job and you turning it down. That does not make sense

why doesn't that make sense. If my current job at the time paid me more $$$$$$$$ would you have left? I just bought a home at the time. My current job paid more money. And running a website for peanuts wasn't in my life plans. Miami Dolphins or not. Not to mention I live in NY making the job even more difficult and moving to Florida for a job that paid peanuts wasn't an option.

I was just flattered they noticed my work, contacted me and gave me an interview. But I wasn't about to take a job making almost 1/3 of what I was making at the time when I had just purchased a new house.

It's not that complicated really. Like I said the job was with MiamiDolphins.com. Don't blow it up to be more than what it actually was. I wasn't going to be side by side with Wannstedt or Nick Saban everyday making roster moves. It was a website job. That's it.

Can we put this subject to rest and can you get past it. My god it was a website design/writers job. Like I said, some kid at Finheaven ended up taking it. That job fit him better because of his age and where he was in life. It really wasn't that big a deal.

Now montequi, that is not a fair comparison. Cameron was 100 percent retarded.

It was like the game was going on and cameron was in the sidelines like there was nothing happening. The guy had no pulse, no passion no hearbeat. WTF was going on in his head man.

And THE PRESS CONFERENCES........THe most retarded press conferenses ive ever seen. Didn t make no freaking sense. WTH was he talking about man.

The complete oppossite of sparano. Sparano did let me down on that 2 point conversion though first time he messes up but its like day and night when you compare sparano to cameron.

please don't ever call Wanny a genius again. ever. please!

he single handedly destroyed this franchise.

The reason Saban struggled? The cupboard was stocked with discount, moldy, or worn out players, there was no grocery money, and he already borrowed all he could.

Cameron? Who was going to fix that mess that quickly? Yes he screwed it up some more...but it would take a Bill Parcells to fix what Wanny did. And it is still more than a 2 year job.

In 4 seasons he failed to bring in any long term 'players', he fired Westhoff for questioning his decisions, got rid of any leadership there was in the locker room, and he traded away picks like they were collector cards. Locked onto a below Average QB and lost winnable games with him, wasting a Top 5 Defense. Not to mention pushed Marino out 1-2 seasons too soon.

He is the Anti-Phin.

Hey say what you want about his play this year but porter is like sir charles, he just speaks the truth whether you want to hear it or not. Brady is treated differently then any other player or qb for that matter, dont believe me, they just implimented the tom brady rule since the injury... aww is your wittle bitty knee still hurting you mr. tommy terrific.

What JP said is not in question. I think everyone but NE fans know that Brady gets call other QB's wouldn't...

My problem with his talk is that it does the team ABSOLUTELY no good. It gives the opposing team fuel. Let your play on the field do the talking and if you must, run your mouth AFTER you win. How stupid does he look now?
