I know its way early to think about the draft but picking out a few players who fit our needs is ok.
These are players I have seen frequently:
DB/S- Eric Berry (playmaker)
QB- Tyrod Taylor (good runner for the wildcat)
WR- Jacoby Ford ( speed guy)
OLB/S- Kam Chancellor (6'4"-225lb)
TE- Greg Boone (280lb ,good hands)
WR/KR- Jordan Shipley(Good return guy with wr skills)
**I am partial to SEC/ACC players because that is my neck of the woods**

WR is a perpetual need on this squad since DUPER and CLAYTON so here's our best WR on the board in the mid-late 1st...
WR DEZ BRYANT OK STATE
RB CJ SPILLER is a gamebreaker mid to late 1st round potential

I think the torn meniscus will be fully recovered or I wouldn't have mentioned him as a 1st rounder.

And Im a CLemson fan, absolutely not on Jacoby Ford. He is not an NFL player. Trust me....I have watched every game of his college career.
CJ Spiller is a star though.

Now in 2 years when he is eligible...i dont we will have a top 10 pick to get him, but if we did. We should get him!

If we really tank this season the BRIGHT SIDE would be the addition of TAYLOR MAYS S aka RONNIE LOTT

Eric Berry will be better than Taylor Mays though. Berry is the next Ed Reed.

Well....Mays is STILL getting bigger. The dude is not stop growing yet and he is already 6'4 235 as a Safety.

Linebacker or Saftey.
No other positions should be considered

We should draft AJ Green or Julio Jones in 2011.
Those guys are the real stars at the WR position and will be Hall Of Famers one day.
Especially AJ Green.

The experience gained by HENNE and by our young CBs will be valuable going into the future. The thought of acquiring a badasss like MAYS is the only to ease the agony of defeat.
Or we could get TEBOW....NOT

Forget a young WR lets take BRAYLON EDWARDS from the JETS this offseason.

Edwards sucks.

I dont think well have a shot at Berry anyways. He will be picked before Mays will. Well, unless Al Davis picks Mays.

but taking him away from the jets would be funny, he is still young(er) what did he do today?
Re: Next Years potential Draft choices
Date: October 25, 2009 06:09PM
Al Davis picks Mays.
could happen
Re: Next Years potential Draft choices

why if Edwards sucks I want him on the Jets. Makes them bad

Tyrod tayler? like honestly? like did you watch the draft last year? like do you know who pat white is? do u know how valuable a 2nd round pick is?
Re: Next Years potential Draft choices

Bolden. He is not happy in AZ and Chad Johnson he wants to play for a parcells team.
Re: Next Years potential Draft choices

Boldin is always hurt. Ochocinco is a headache every week with his antics
Re: Next Years potential Draft choices

What? Who cares if the guy likes to tweet and wear a stupid HOF jacket. Chad can flat out play! I would love to have that guy in here.
As for Boldin he is hurt but the guy has more heart than anyone on this team times ten, and he can catch

Talking DRAFT PICKS now
WR DEZ BRYANT has game. I rather address the TE position in the LATE 1st or another RB, then a NT, and ILB (with instincts) and then I say we draft 4 WRs in a row. This DRAFT sucks nuts really. Usually I have 4 rounds worth of talent scouted out by now.
This is the draft to TRADE UP as far as possible.
If we are unfortunate enough to be picking top tenor mid round here is the DD13 list of Wanna-be future PHINS.
#1 TERRENCE CODY NT- am I right? #1 on the wish list.
#2 TAYLOR MAYS S- he's a top 10 pick so...
#3 JERMAINE GRESHAM TE- great pick-up mid to late
#4 BRANDON SPIKES ILB- another gator ILB?

Rounds 1 through 6:
The biggest, nastiest, slobber knockingest, beasts availble that play the in the defensive front 7.
If we have a truely great pass rush and can defend against the run the remaining talent on the team, with a few free agent additions here and there, can get the job done.
I want other teams to dred the week they play Miami.
