We are in a bit of a hole, but who would have thought Tennessee would have been there with us?
MIA, TEN, CLE, KC, STL, TPA
I believe miami and Ten will break out of this, but we sure need tpo see a week where we bring both sides of the team to the same game.
Week 1 - ATL No offense, decent Def, too m,any turnovers
Week 2 - IND Great offense, No defense
Week 3 - Well neither quite got it done, injuries, and a lot of dropped passes
We don't look like a playoff team right now, but I think we're still moving in the right direction. Let's get some AFC EAST matchups in the books before we start writing off the season...

Unfortunately, they don't score the game based on how many plays you run. They score the game based on how many points you have. A great offense scores points. We didn't score enough. 23 points is not a GREAT offense.
nope your wrong, sorry. I have to disagree. When you have the ball for 80 plays thats a great offensive performance. Points arent only scored on offense Monte.
Special teams can score points and so can defense. Ask any knowledgeable football mind and they will tell you if you control the ball for 80 plays that is a great offensive game.
Yes, if you score 6 TD's on 6 plays thats great too. But 99.99999% of the time if you have the ball for 80 plays you win.
Can anyone find a stat on that? How many teams have lost a game when their offense controlled the ball for 80 plays?
I agree with you Aqua. Our offense did exactly what they started out to do, control the ball and keep it away from Manning. Our defense let us down big time. Sure if Ginn catches that ball we win, but if the D doesn't give up an easy touch the first play of the game we win. If the D stops just one drive in the 4th we win. We never should have been in that position at the end of the game. That is plane as day.
Shame, such a shame.
Anyway, now it is Henne's turn and we will see in the next couple of games. That is, IF the D starts playing.
