When Chad went down it was the 3rd quarter. They had stuff in place for Pat White...in the Wildcat.
When Henne came in in the 4th Q it made White ineligible.
Why not put White in for a series? They game prepped him, why not let him and Ronnie run the Wildcat, maybe a few normal formation plays? See how he does...you know...being prepared and all.
Maybe Ronnie & Pat execute it enough to get us into the 4th Quarter? At that point Henne comes in and Pat is still an option.
Once the game was out of reach it made perfect sense to let Henne get experience. BUt the wasn't out of reach in the 3rd Q.
Aside from that; I think they took to long to let him go downfield. Too many checkdowns when he first came into the game. Just my opinion.
Ginn should have caught that 2nd one for sure.

Henne look pretty ok to me considering he was set to pass screens most of the snaps he took.
Henne's stats:
10/19 92 yards 0TD 1 INT
at LEAST 2 passes GInn right on his hands Dropped, 2 passes batted at the line, 1 pass intercepted because the phins kept doing the same screen pass over and over(expecting different results).
so without those 5 mishaps...
10/14 92yds 0TD 0INT
PLUS when he was driving down the field once the removed the flow by switching up to the Wildcat!! ughhh....
might of been a td in those stats.
Not a bad day, I liked how he escaped from the pressure toward the end of the game.
Realy, where you watching the same guy? Running past line of scrimage, then passing. How about looking scared in the pocket, throwing the ball low, and behind? I will give him 2 week's if he doesnt perform, then he is a bust in my eye's, elite's get it from day one, and 2 start's in if he sucks, then he will aways suck.
