Pretty tough to disagree.

If he takes(or doesn't take) Tannehill at 8 he will get ripped, and praised, then and 2 years later!

Shermans input will be key here

I would trade down and try to pick up a second and take him, Weeden or Cousins

It's #3, from the reports I have read. Philbin knew Flynn best and wasn't willing to pay him the big bucks. There ya go.
