I agree. Woolfork proved that a big guy with minimal speed can be successful in a 4-3. Soliai is somewhat faster than Woolfork. However, good nose tackles for the 3-4 aren't easy to find. He's been getting better and better the last few years, so that might make him the perfect trade candidate.
