I don't think he has what it takes to lead men. He looks like a little kid. He doesn't seem very intimidating and I don't think the players would take him seriously. He reminds me of Cam Cameron.

Exactly, A&O. A top 10 scoring offense would go a long way to garner players respect.

1 and 1A, my friend. But I lean Carmichael, especially since I found out he called the plays this season after Peyton got hurt.


I think if Carmichael got the job, then Nolan's chances of staying are greater. With Moss, you never know.

I'm right there with you. If Carmichael allows us to keep Nolan then he is by far the top choice. I have a feeling that Moss will want to bring in all of his people. Which would probably be fine because I have heard more positive things about Moss than any other candidate including Fisher. People in the business absolutely love Moss. I think Oakland will make a big play for Moss so maybe we push up the price and then snag Carmichael.

I would also be ok with Zimmer but with these other two available it would almost be settling for the safe choice with ties to Ireland.

Worst case scenario...if Flynn is a FA and we pay a bunch of money for him, atleast its the same system he runs in GB.

This is a retarded statement. You lead by example, you motivate with wisdom. Look at that Fat F**K Rex Ryan. No one respects him. He is a douchebag. Last time i checked the Hooded one was not very big or intimadating. Either was Don shula. They spoke with their actions.

Bill Belichick always looks pissed off and he will discipline his players and get in their face and they know if they screw up they will get their ass chewed. Don shula was the same way he didn't take any crap and he would get hot if Marino challenged him.

These players have egos and attitudes. They have to know their place.

Look at Cam Cameron he was too soft. Some are cut out to be OC or DC not HC.
