I've seen that Jets people are miffed that Dolphin fans are laughing at them for this hire. I find it hilarious to watch them squirm! I wonder what fireman ed is doing right now, I know he's not happy.

Ed is probably looking for his old Marino jersey from the 80s when he was purportedly a Dolphins fan.

I've told this story before, even though he looks like a tool on tv, fireman Ed is a pretty cool dude. I met him while on vacation in Aruba many moons ago and he was a very nice guy and respectful of me being a Dolphins fan, not really what I expected from the 5 second shots you get of him on tv.

Man....im not sure if I seen that guy what exactly I would do. And I dont mean anything harmful, I simply doubt I would even acknowledge the guy.

I find that to be true of nearly everyone. Most of the perceptions that we form about people before we meet them turn out to be wrong.

I gave everyone the benefit of the doubt until having met them face to face.

Absolute guarantee that the Jets lead the league in field goals next season.

Joe Willie is smarter than I'd thought. Just don't let him have any adult beverages.

He can't be ALL bad... I mean he used to be a Dolphins fan. He just lost his way, that's all.

There's always "hope".

I don't know CB from a hole in the wall outside of what u see on this site.

And I've been around the block enough to know that communicating in this medium is fatally flawed. That it's far to easy to misinterpret what some one actually is trying to say on a chat board. We all have varying skill levels for writing and comprehension. So I rarely take any of this stuff to heart.

We are all passionate/opionated fans. I doubt that there's very much we couldn't get past over a few beers talking about our shared passion for the dolphins.

I find it pathetically self-serving and a predictable attempt at revisionist history for Biggie T to come out and support Baby T in his time of “rebound” with the Jets and their sorted mangy minded fans – including that obviously gay fireman who was originally part of the Village People. But yes, Baby T is a macho man, and his sunglassed pizza shtick should play well in certain boroughs – especially the sub terrain ones like Gopherville and Mouseytown.

We all know Baby T was a Biggie T surrogate and once Biggie T left the pond Baby T was lost and lonely. I find the rather LARGE physical resemblance of Biggie T and Rex to be revealing as to Baby T’s need to feel love and lots of jelly roll.

Granted, we will all miss Baby T’s brilliant game day decision making, including pepperoni over sausage and marinara over linguini. But most of all we will miss the utter football IQ brilliance that only Baby T brings to the game – like recalling the play counts for every player over the past 3 years but not recalling the objective to actually score touchdowns in lieu of (YES!) field goals.

Personally I think Baby T has a goal post fetish, and I’m a bit concerned how that will play out with Rex’s footie fetish. For example, will the field goal kicker have to buff and polish his nails? What color will the nails be? Will there be different colors for home and away games? Will the field goal kicker wear see-through shoes?

See what I mean? There’s a lot more to consider about Baby T’s landing in NY than just the obvious instability in the pasta market. And I bet those Wall Street Vulture Capitalists are already buying futures on semolina and plum tomatoes.

The ramifications are indeed significant…

BNF.
