NO and GB have the 2 best offenses in the NFL. Why change what's not broken? If McCarthy and Payton are great playcallers, why delegate it to someone who may not be as good? And if you are better than that guy, that doesn't mean you need to fire him, it just means you are better than him and he can help in other ways (I am sure the OCs of GB and NO do something (and the NO guy does call the plays now I think).

Plenty of Head Coaches call plays for their teams, Ken...

Mike McCarthy, Sean Peyton, Chan Gailey, Jason Garrett, Andy Reid, Jim Harbaugh, Rex Ryan calls defensive plays, so does a couple other coaches for their defenses as well, Ken.

Come on, man. This isnt as unheard of as you (for some reason) think.

I live in the Bmore area and Billick is hated here. He is an arrogant jerk that wasted a solid defense here that could have one him at least two more superbowls. As far as offensive genius in Minn he ha Chris Carter, Robert Smith etc. In Bmore his offenses were limited and most of the credit for te SB win goes to DC Sherman Lewis.

Guys calling for Billick better know what there asking for.
