That's about what I see in him--pretty much what you posted. Only he's won a bunch of games in a row by hardly passing the ball. You'd think that any of their opponents would study film and prepare to defend options and stuff like that. Yes, the Denver defense is playing very well but still, the guy keeps winning.

Simple. He has (or seems to have at present) the 'IT' everyone talks about in a NFL QB. He has command of the game, the team, leadership, smarts, field presence, what ever you wanna call it. He uses what he has well and other guys feed off it.
And I think he throws better than a lot of people want to admit. His mechanics just look bad and he's not throw-it-thru-the-swinging-tire accurate. But he's not a rag arm ala Jay Feidler and he doesn't try to make throws he knows he can't. That means a lot by itself!
But one thing none of you cant deny....Tebow is 5-1 as a starter this year. And one can argue that if he was the starter from the beginning, they may already have 9 or 10 wins.
He wins. It may be ugly. But he wins.

Its called....."WINNER". Anyway you slice it , thats the long and short of it. He elevates the people around him to win. He did it in college , he has John Elways respect. He has what you can't teach .You either have it or you don't.

I guess, but if I'm not surprised, why would any team's coaching staff be?
