we lack talent and coaching, sure, the but main problem is lack of heart. witness matthews carrying 4 tacklers 5 yards for the game clinching 1st down. the repeated drops by marshall. the innumerable plays a good team makes routinely and we do not.
blow it up and start over with a new coaching staff/gm/qb, right side of OL, WRs, and defense. that should be a start.

To add insult to injury. Vince Wilfork, a 400 pound NT, has two interceptions on the year. Equal to the entire Phins team.

It starts from the top. We need an enema (?sp.). We need to fire the entire FO, coaching staff, and all skill players except Pouncey, Long, D. Thomas.

I think Ross tried to replace Sparano last year and couldn't reel in the guy he wanted.

So he gave Ireland a contract and instructions to do things on a budget.

Part of me wonders if Bill Cowher was not prepared to take it on with his wife dying of cancer and Ross is letting Jeff & Tony keep the seat warm?

I think Bess and hartline are keepers. Get rid of marshall.

I would start with the scouting department which has been below average since the start of the decade...........wait make that last decade.

Tony is gone after the season but I doubt he will be fired before the season ends.

It is not really the roster other teams take our players and do something with them most notably NE.

Just keep losing Tony, your doing a great job for our draft prospects!!
